スリランカ産の生胡椒を塩漬けした、挽いていない粒。
フレッシュで野生的な香り。しっかりとした辛味と余韻。新しい胡椒。
ステーキ、焼き鳥、パスタ、ポテトサラダ、チーズ、目玉焼きなどに合います。
ペッパーミルでは挽けません。粒のまま召し上がるか包丁などで刻んでください。
Raw pepper grains from Sri Lanka is salted.
A fresh and wild scent. Strong spiciness and aftertaste. This is a new pepper.
It goes well with steak, yakitori, pasta, potato salad, cheese, fried eggs, etc.
It cannot be ground with a pepper mill. Please eat it whole or chop it with a knife.

直射日光を避け、風通しの良い冷暗所（20℃以下）で保管してください。
開封後は冷蔵庫に保管し、賞味期限に関わらずお早めにお召し上がりください。
高温多湿などの保存環境がよくない場合、カビが生える場合がございます。
Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool, dark place with good ventilation (below 20℃). After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible regardless of the expiration date.
If the storage environment is not good, such as high temperature and humidity, mold may grow.

胡椒の粒の表面が白くなる場合がございます。塩漬けされた塩分が結晶化したものです。
